describes how Facelook Changer Pro™ ("FacelookChanger", "facelookchanger",
"We", "Us", or "Our")
protects your privacy when you use facelook Changer Pro (the "Service")
which includes facelook changer Pro Android mobile phone application ("Mobile").

PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE
BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE.
This Privacy Policy
applies to information (including, personal information) collected through the
Service. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, "personal

alone or in combination with other information available to us. Personal

part of and incorporated into FaceLook Changer ProTerms of Service.

example, we may collect your name, email address, device id, user name, social network
information and other information you provide us when you register, set up an
account, contact us by e-mail or use our services. We may also collect
information about your mobile’s operating system and information about your
usage and activity on the application using third party analytics services.

Permission grants access to your device’s external storage, enabling FaceLook Changer Pro to take, store, and retrieve pictures.

Storage of Information & Transfer of Data
Most of the
information we collect is retained by us on our servers. If you are using the
Service from a country other than the country in which our Web servers are
located (currently the United States of America) the various communications
will necessarily result in the transfer of information across international
boundaries. By visiting the Application and communicating electronically with
us, you consent to the processing and transfer of your data as set out in this
Privacy Policy.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We use the information
collected through the Service:

Basic Terms

- You must
not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Facelook
ChangerPro users.
- You may
not use the Facelook Changer Pro service for any illegal or unauthorized
purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding
online conduct and acceptable content.
- You are
solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information,
screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links
("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the Facelook
Changer Pro service.
- You must
not modify, adapt or hack Facelook Changer Pro or modify another website
so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Facelook Changer Pro.
General Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Facelook Changer
Pro service for any reason, without notice at any time.

the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will

Facelook Changer Pro does NOT claim ANY ownership rights in the
text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship,
applications, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that
you post on or through the Facelook Changer Pro Services. By displaying or
publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the Facelook Changer
Pro Services, you hereby grant to Facelook Changer Pro a non-exclusive, fully
paid and royalty-free, worldwide, sublicenseable, transferable, limited license
to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display,
reproduce and translate such Content, including without limitation
distributing, through multiple tiers, part or all of the Site in any media
formats through any media channels for any purposes,

Some of the Facelook Changer Pro Services are supported by
advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions, and you
hereby agree that Facelook Changer Pro may place such advertising and
promotions on the Facelook Changer Pro Services or on, about, or in conjunction
with your Content. The manner, mode and extent of such advertising and
promotions are subject to change without specific notice to you.

You represent and warrant that:

you own the Content posted by you on or through the Facelook
Changer Pro Services or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth
in this section,
ii.
the posting and use of your Content on or through the Facelook
Changer Pro Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights,
copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights
of any person, and
iii.
the posting of your Content on the Site does not result in a
breach of contract between you and a third party. You agree to pay for all
royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of Content you
post on or through the Facelook Changer Pro Services.
- You must
not access Facelook Changer Pro private API by any other means other than
the Facelook Changer Pro Android application.
- You must
not crawl, scrape, or otherwise cache any content from Facelook Changer
Pro including but not limited to user profiles and photos.
- You must
not create or submit unwanted email or comments to any Facelook Changer
Pro members ("Spam").
- You must
not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
- You must
not, in the use of Facelook Changer Pro, violate any laws in your
jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
- Violation
of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Facelook
Changer Pro account. While Facelook Changer Pro prohibits such conduct and
content on its site or Android application, you understand and agree that
Facelook Changer Pro cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its
web site or Android application and you nonetheless may be exposed to such
materials and that you use the Facelook Changer Pro service at your own
risk.
